Ich hatte meinen ausgefallenen Septemberflug ohne Problem und zuegig im September erstattet bekommen. Meine Bemuehungen um meinen "halben Flug", d.h. Rueckflug ausgefallen, zogen sich hin. Online lief nichts und in Istanbul konnte mir der freundliche Herr am Schalter auch nicht helfen.
Ich habe nun bis diese Woche gewartet und ueber die Feedbackfunktion auf der Webseite mal nachgefragt. Nach vier Tagen bekam ich die unterstehende Antwort. Klar, die ist automatisiert und ich kann die Sache nur ueber dieselbe Funktion weiterverfolgen, weil es hier im Lande kein THY-Buero gibt.
Nun..... hat jemand bereits Erfahrungen mit den angebotenen Optionen gemacht?
Ich habe keine Meilen mit THY und von daher kaeme eine Gutschrift in Frage. Allerdings sind mir die 2 Jahre ein wenig knapp. Ich habe auch keine Infos zur Berechnungsgrundlage. Die Gutschrift waere u.U. attraktiv, da ich immer wieder einmal nach Istanbul muss, trotz der insgesamt ueblen Lage im Land.
