Ich habe folgende Hotels angeschrieben und nach Besuch von verschiedenen unregistrierten Gästen und Freunden während des SHA+ gefragt und dabei verschiedene Aussagen erhalten. Aber seht selbst:

Yes, you can have a joiner in your room. It has to be after the resort receiving your first covid test result. When you check in, you will have to isolate yourself in your room. It might take 12 hours or more to get a result. I would recommend to book another room just for one night for the joiner or having the person arrive next day.
