A foreign man has set fire to his house and is then believed to have hanged himself in handcuffs after scribbling a goodbye message to his wife and her family on a wall.
The message next to the swinging body of the "40 year old man" said in English: "Are you happy now? You and your family have stolen everything from me including my daughter and my life. Now you have all exactly as you wanted."
Police and fire services were called to the house in Soi Sattahip Sukhumvit 13 (Rungroj) in the early hours of this morning. Two kilometers down at the foot of the soi at a two rai property they saw a house on fire.
It was completely destroyed along with a vehicle and a motorcycle.
At a ten meter tall water tower some three meters from the house they found the body of a man swinging from a nylon cord attached to a roof. He was handcuffed with his hands behind his back. His tongue was sticking out of his mouth.
He had jumped off a water container.
His goodbye message was on the wall of the tower. He is not known as all documents in the house were consumed in the fire. Police are trying to ascertain who he was by finding his friends.
He was believed to be aged about 40.
He had contacted his wife on Line showing her a picture of him setting fire to the house.

Ich wäre für schwimmende Badeinseln. Beschattet und etwa 500m-800m vor dem eigentlichen Strand. Über einen Potoon-steg zu erreichen. (Ähnlich am Samea-beach der Bootsanleger).
Vielleicht noch über "Segel", Windableiter, dass sich so eine Insel langsam dreht, wie ein Karussel. Finanziert über die Waren-Verkäufer/Liegenverleiher auf den Inseln. (8-eckig zum Anfang) mit Kantenlänge 4m aus den blauen Plastik-Wasserleitungsrohren oder den 4 Zoll Schläuchen mit Plane/Netz oder so. Ob man für eine Probeinsel die Genehmigung von der Gemeinde bekäme? Vielleicht als privat Aktion für pattaya-forum user? Wäre ein nettes Projekt.

Dem Arzt wäre sicher kein Zacken aus der Krone gefallen wenn er dem Patienten erklärt hätte wo die ambulante Station ist.
Das eigentliche Problem ist jedoch das dies Krankenhaus für Nicht-Krankenversicherte völlig unterdimensioniert ist.
Jeder von dem vermutet wird das er nicht zahlungskräftig ist wird dort angeliefert.
Die drei privaten Krankenhäuser haben zwar ausreichend Kapazitäten. Sie zahlen aber nur dann "Fangprämien" an die privaten Krankentransporter wenn diese lukrative "Ware" anliefern.
