Als Tourist würde ich die Philippinen dieses Jahr einfach mal vergessen .
Meinem Freund der ja als Resortbesitzer über gute Beziehungen verfügt wurde inoffiziell mitgeteilt dass er dieses Jahr nicht mehr mit Gästen rechnen solle . Lokaler Tourismus soll ja wieder gestartet werden aber ob die bereit sind das zu tun bezweifle ich doch sehr . Die Filipinos werden kaum im eigenen Land rumfliegen mit dem Risiko irgendwo zu stranden um dann ihren Job zu verlieren usw .
Gerade für die auf den Philippinen gestrandeten Ausländer werden doch diese Flüge angeboten . Man muss sich nur bei der DoT informieren und sich eintragen dass man an einem Flug nach MNL interessiert sei zwecks Heimkehr in seine Heimat und schon klappt das . Ich könnte mir allerdings vorstellen dass es nicht mehr viele Ausländer vor Ort gibt die wegwollen und dass es nun immer schwieriger wird um fortzukommen . Es geht eben nur über die DoT und wenn das Nieten sind die dort arbeiten die Botschaft mit e mails bombardieren ....
Irgendwann ergibt sich eine Möglichkeit .

Ich habe den folgenden Beitrag auf einem anderen Forum gefunden. Sehr aktuell und nicht erbaulich. Es geht um Naia2:
Arrival: Passengers escorted to a room for Covid briefing followed by both a nose and mouth swab of all passengers. Informed that results may take up to 5 days and that those with negative test results would have results posted on public section of facebook sites of Bureau of Quarantine (BoQ) and Philippine Coast Guard. Those with positive results would be informed by email. Option of having a 1 day test result done but at a cost of P8K. She declined as still required to take standard tests. Proceed to Immigration check and baggage claim – long lines with social distancing announcements which most Pinoys did not follow. Required to fill out additional arrival forms and attend another briefing by a different agency with conflicting information.
Quarantine: Transported to B Hotel Alabang (BoQ approved hotel) by government approved shuttle service. Could take airport taxi (government authorized) to same destination but at significant cost. Restricted to hotel room with meals delivered, no access to gym, pool, restaurant and no visitors unless approved by BoQ. Traveler required to pay for hotel room and meals expect minimal charge of P4,300 per day. Food of poor quality – rice bowl type serving.

Just got this from a friend...travel is definitely out, specially if you have to come back here! ..... We’re thankful to the Lord that we arrived safe early this morning at NAIA T2.
However, we are saddened by the ridiculous and nonsense rules which do not aligned with each other. This shows the state of our nation so we all need to keep praying for this country.
1. All Flight Attendants are in full PPE but inside the aircraft, there’s no social distancing. They kept announcing inside the plane to have social distancing while none was observed at all inside the plane as we’re all seated together and no empty seat in between.
2. At the Airport, no social distancing & sanitation of carts.
3. From the plane, we were ushered in a room for Covid Briefing.
4. Done with this painful pricking nose swab test (they will make it bleed ) and mouth test which made me screamed and grabbed the hand of the guy doing the test : kinda scary! (Poor guy!)...the swab test was so painful.
5. Immigration and Luggage done...and then long line for another form and briefing.
6. We can’t go home and staying in a hotel accredited by Bureau of Quarantine. (We’re at B Hotel Alabang right now).
We’ll be staying here under their monitoring until we get the results which is a minimum of 5 days ( not sure yet). We’re not allowed to go out. We’re like a threat to National Security so not unless we’re negative, we’re not allowed to go home. Not allowed to use the pool or gym.
7. We can’t use our own car, only designated airport taxi or shuttle service. There’s this plastic cover which separate us from the driver-its amusing since we’re inhaling the same air circulating inside!
8. We’re not allowed to receive visitors not unless just 1 person with valid reason.
8. If we defy the rules, they will charge us with lawsuit and do the swab test all over as well as the quarantine period.
9. The swab test is more than P8,000.00 each in a hospital under DOH which may give 1 day result compared to longer days. However, even if we choose that, we will still have the swab test at the airport, then the hospital so 2 tests which doesn’t make sense: because one can have positive and the other negative result... because sometimes,they are not accurate. So, what’s the point..no sense, right? Besides, we’ll still be quarantined whatever way we chose.
10. We will pay for our hotel and food during the whole duration of our stay. Right now we’re at B Hotel Alabang and for just 7 days would cost us more than P30,000.00 thats around $700-$800 dollars...so much expenses.
11. Our hotel food are packed and will be served in our room. Instead of regular buffet, we’ll have rice bowl.
12. The airport taxi cost a lot but they are designated by coast guard.
13. Everyday we will check from the fb page of Bureau of Quarantine and Coast Guard to chk if our name is there. If you’re negative, your name will be posted publicly for everyone to see but if you’re positive, they’ll email you. Whatever the result is, we need our privacy instead of posting our names in a public site. We have our rights to privacy but instead of email they’d rather post our names
14. Even the Coast Guard check points caused us so much stress at the airport because they don’t know in detail, the rules themselves so people ended up a mess in lining up.
15. Long hours of flight and no food yet and still fixing our stay at the hotel.
So we’re under all these quarantine rules that are worse than the lockdown in US and feel like we’re incarcerated. We can’t even buy food outside or anything as everything is being monitored.
Anyway, pls pray for us and pray that results will be negative and expedited

Guter Bericht der zeigt dass Reisen zu oder auf den Philippinen wohl nicht so einfach ist und man schon einen guten Grund haben muss um sich das anzutun !
Nochmal eine kleine Info: meine Kleine ist jetzt von ihrer Tante im Auto aus Laguna abgeholt worden Wohlgemerkt ohne Travelpass. Einzige Sorge waren die etlichen Checkpoints, wobei bei diesen nur die Fahrerin kontrolliert wurde.
Zuvor wurde arrangiert, dass der Cousin sie abholt (In Cavite lebend). Hier gab es jedoch große Probleme mit dem Travelpass warum auch immer. Naja immerhin ist sie jetzt wieder in Lipa City und alles ist gut. Aber wie man sieht, weiß der eine nicht was der andere macht und umgekehrt.

Nun der Mann hat sich schon öfters mit dem Duterte Clan angelegt und sass sogar im Gefängnis wegen Meuterei gegen den Präsidenten . Wie meine Frau mir sagt wurde er bekannt als er seinen Wahlkampf für den Senat aus dem Gefängnis führte
Hoffen wir mal dass er sich dieses Mal dann durchsetzen kann und was positives bewirkt .Ich habe da aber Bedenken denn solche Leute leben extrem gefährlich auf den Philippinen .....

Ich habe heute bereits von zwei Mädels separat gehört, dass die "Bars" in AC ab nächster Woche wieder öffnen sollen. Eine hat noch ergänzt von 18-23 Uhr.
Jedoch kann ich mir das irgendwie nicht vorstellen!?! Wer sollte diese besuchen oder gibt es so viel Kundschaft, die dort wohnen? Ist mir bei meinen besuchen eigentlich nicht aufgefallen.... außer wenn jetzt doch kurzfristig Gäste aus Japan und Korea kommen dürften. Ich denke, die Mädels wurden einfach wieder verarscht

So ähnlich hat mir mein Freund dort ja auch berichtet , er meinte dass nur eine reduzierte Anzahl an Gästen eintreten könnten ...hmmm also so viele geile Expats laufen dort nicht rum dass wohl alle wieder öffnen werden und auch um Profit zu machen ....Touristen kommen nicht rein ,das ist mal klar und auch wenn sie diese Gruppenreisende aus den Nachbarländer an ausgelesene Orte lassen dann wird wohl AC nicht mit dabei sein .
Australier werden wohl dieses Jahr nicht mehr dort rumhängen denn wie der Tourismusminister aus down under sagte wird es keinen Tourismus in AUS geben in diesem Jahr und es wäre Aussies auch verboten auszureisen, mit Ausnahme von NZ .
Bin gespannt wie sich das entwickelt mit dem Nachtleben in AC und MNL und wieviele wohl pleite sein werden und nie mehr öffnen .
Pleite/Nie mehr öffnen wird wohl sehr viele von den Tour abhängigen betreffen.
Bezüglich AC/Subic Bars, würde ja gerne selber wieder mal rüber für 1-2 Nächte mir das anschauen, aber da war doch was wegen "keine Hotels bis ende Jahr" insofern muss man sich unter der Hand was ausmachen bzw. bei AirBNB direkt mit den Leuten reden oder?

Nein leider, bin momentan mit übersiedeln beschäftigt, mir fehlt es aber schon mal in ne Bar zu gehen, hoffentlich die nächsten Wochen dan.
Wenn ich wirklich ab Juli im office arbeite, schaue ich sicher nach der Arbeit mal rüber, aber mal sehen.
Ohnedies alles schwierig momentan, in mein Condo darf man nur mit "Health certificat" rein, entsprechend geht da nicht viel mit verschiedenen girls und wohl auch mit Hotels nicht so einfach....
Wird echt zeit dass ich mal wieder ne andere zur abwechslung habe
Hier habe ich was erhalten von meinem Kumpel in AC . Also die Bars dürfen wieder unter strengen Bedingungen aufmachen .Das steht unten im Text wenn man nicht alles lesen will
Unter diesen Bedingungen wird es wohl nicht viele Besitzer geben die öffnen werden . Die Expats die dort waren während dem Lockdown haben ihre Liste der Telefonnummern abgearbeitet und werden wohl kaum in die erste Bar laufen um dann LD s zu finanzieren oder gar eine barfine bezahlen . Das klappt nur mit Touristen und die werden so schnell dort nicht mehr hinkommen .

Das eigentlich merkwuerdige ist, warum man denn 1,9 Milliarden in den Phils parkt und dann noch (!!!) bei einer philippinischen Bank. Das allein stinkt.
Die Phils sind kaum ein internationaler Bankenplatz. Bankenpleiten sind nichts ungewoehnliches und sehr viele SRRV Halter haben vor einigen Jahren ihr Geld verloren. Die SRRV Verwaltung hatte die Bank fuer Term-Deposits genehmigt. Der gutglaeubige Einzahler meinte damit sei die Bank ok. Allein die Profitmarge fuer die SRRV war sicher. Die Frage von Veruntreuungen durch die SRRV und den Staat wurde natuerlich nie untersucht. Veruntreuung daher, weil die SRRV Termdeposits zumindest bei einer auslaendischen Bank nie mehr als eine Referenznummer war. Die Einlage war sofoer weitergeleitet worden. Sprich: Die Bank war zwar pleite, die Knete war aber all die Zeit auf einem Staatskonto bei einem anderen Institut. Nach Pleite blieb die Knete dort.

The info about documents is quiet wrong you get from some pages.
Actually you do NOT need a travel authority if
1. You have a foreign passport
2. Connecting flight from Manila - abroad
3. Transit in Manila is less than 24 hours
You must fulfill all 3 of the above
We didn't get our travel authority in the first place even we tried and then confirmed with Department of Tourism if that's true that we don't need it and they confirmed we don't. Only locals going and STAYING in Manila need it. (number to call 0323439091 incase you want to confirm your individual case)
For the health certificate it seems to depend on the barangay how long it takes, what is the procedure.
Some said they have to stay at home and call doctor / nurse every day for 14 days.
We had 2 different ways.
Mine was going to health clinic in Mandaue (beside barangay Hall) and filled up my documents, after long discussion since my flight was only 9 days away she dated it back because she said I am supposed to have 14 days quarantine (only on paper though - her words) I never had to call a doctor or nurse and she just said I completed my 14 days quarantine and got the paper 5 days after.
My friend didn't got hers in time and was told she can simply get it at the bureau of quarantine. She went there and got it same moment. So if you are in a hurry go there. Though as I understood it needs to be dated 24 hours before flight.
At the airport in Cebu we only had to show our health certificate, got asked for travel authority but we explained we have onwards ticket and foreign passport and it was fine.
Arriving in Manila we took a transport to Terminal 1. Be aware they don't let you in the airport until 4 hours before your flight once you arrive at terminal 1. We had 7 hours to spend. Got lucky we got a seat inside (a small area with some seats. Not inside airport) because we had a kid with us. Its only for kids and seniors. So note stay as long as you can in the arrival at a coffee shop and start to go 5 hours before to the terminal. You need to be there 4 hours before. And they take forever to let you in. We didn't leave the airport to a coffee shop or restaurant because we had a kid with us. Not sure what are the rules though when you leave the airport to spend that time somewhere else
Also careful you are only allowed to stay there if your flight is before midnight. If its after midnight you need to come back in time as what we understood. But to be sure make sure your flight is same day out.
Others waited the whole time outside, no chairs no aircon or place to get drinks or food. But Jolibee came and collected orders at least inside.
4 hours ahead of flight we started to go in. From the door to airport until check in was done 2 hours passed. Its very slow but works.
So basically all we needed was to go to barangay Hall, register that we want to leave and get the health certificate.
We didn't need a Covid Test, or the 14 days quarantine as well as we didn't need travel authority
Hope this makes things bit easier for some.
Our flight was cebu Pacific to Manila, Manila to Seoul and Seoul to Frankfurt.
Seoul all was OK. Long lines when you get out the plane since they measure everybody's temperature and check a lot.
We can't say anything about Visa issues since both of us are dual passport holders so we don't need any Visa to stay here.
Hope that helps for those who want to go out.
Edit: but still all was a nightmare and it was extremely stressful. So if you don't need to or you are comfortable to stay maybe think twice.
All in all we took more than 40 hours for the whole travel.

Mine was going to health clinic in Mandaue (beside barangay Hall) and filled up my documents, after long discussion since my flight was only 9 days away she dated it back because she said I am supposed to have 14 days quarantine (only on paper though - her words) I never had to call a doctor or nurse and she just said I completed my 14 days quarantine and got the paper 5 days after.
My friend didn't got hers in time and was told she can simply get it at the bureau of quarantine. She went there and got it same moment. So if you are in a hurry go there. Though as I understood it needs to be dated 24 hours before flight.
At the airport in Cebu we only had to show our health certificate, got asked for travel authority but we explained we have onwards ticket and foreign passport and it was fine.
Arriving in Manila we took a transport to Terminal 1. Be aware they don't let you in the airport until 4 hours before your flight once you arrive at terminal 1. We had 7 hours to spend. Got lucky we got a seat inside (a small area with some seats. Not inside airport) because we had a kid with us. Its only for kids and seniors. So note stay as long as you can in the arrival at a coffee shop and start to go 5 hours before to the terminal. You need to be there 4 hours before. And they take forever to let you in. We didn't leave the airport to a coffee shop or restaurant because we had a kid with us. Not sure what are the rules though when you leave the airport to spend that time somewhere else
Also careful you are only allowed to stay there if your flight is before midnight. If its after midnight you need to come back in time as what we understood. But to be sure make sure your flight is same day out.
Others waited the whole time outside, no chairs no aircon or place to get drinks or food. But Jolibee came and collected orders at least inside.
4 hours ahead of flight we started to go in. From the door to airport until check in was done 2 hours passed. Its very slow but works.
So basically all we needed was to go to barangay Hall, register that we want to leave and get the health certificate.
We didn't need a Covid Test, or the 14 days quarantine as well as we didn't need travel authority
Hope this makes things bit easier for some.
Our flight was cebu Pacific to Manila, Manila to Seoul and Seoul to Frankfurt.
Seoul all was OK. Long lines when you get out the plane since they measure everybody's temperature and check a lot.
We can't say anything about Visa issues since both of us are dual passport holders so we don't need any Visa to stay here.
Hope that helps for those who want to go out.
Edit: but still all was a nightmare and it was extremely stressful. So if you don't need to or you are comfortable to stay maybe think twice.
All in all we took more than 40 hours for the whole travel.
